At PickSaliz, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward returns and refund policy.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
- Sale items or clearance items are non-returnable.
- Items that have been damaged by misuse or have been used in ways other than their intended purpose cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email at info@picksaliz.com or call us at (715) 339-4551. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Please ensure the returned item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or defective product).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return has been processed. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@picksaliz.com or (715) 339-4551. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing. If the refund still hasn’t been received, please contact us at info@picksaliz.com.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Personalized or custom-made items
